Feeding a Sourdough starter can and should be easy. I have lots of pictures to explain but this process literally should not take you more than 5-10 minutes.

I store my starter in the refrigerator. It gets fed or refreshed every 3-4 days, when it’s time to make more bread, usually I’m doing this right before I go to bed.
