The End of the Weekly Digs #245

Well, this is it. My last weekly digs post on my website. I’m so grateful for all your suggestions and feedback on a post several weeks ago where I mentioned I might need to make a change.

I’ve gone back and forth on it many times but after some professional advice finally made a concrete decision.

Moving Forward

I’ve been doing this so long (five years!), I definitely feel some attachment and hate to see it end. But the truth is it’s not really ending just being moved over to a new platform, I will be doing an update in email instead.

Email yourself a link to this page and come back later.

It will likely be a more concise summary of homestead happenings and any stories. For those who mentioned they don’t read emails, I hope you’ll keep up with what is happening over on Youtube or Instagram and say hello.

I may also post a little mini version of Weekly Digs on Facebook too.

If you aren’t already signed up for my email list and want to be here’s the sign up form. If at any time you change your mind, you can unsubscribe. No hard feelings 🙂

I’ll be sending out our homestead happenings for this week in an email on Tuesday!

Also, don’t forget to stop by the website often because I’ll keep sharing new preserving recipes, seasonal recipes, and all things gardening and homesteading here.

  1. Awe what a shame, ah well as you’ve said you’ve put a lot of thought into it. Not sure how commenting will be done by email newsletter so to all the lovely ladies who read and comment on here: see you in the YouTube comments👋✨

  2. I actually prefer the e-mail because I often forget to look up what you had to say until later in the week and then I’m like…Oh, shoot I forgot to read the Seasonal homestead 😂 Now it pops right up and I see it as soon as you post it ❤️ Thank you so much!!!

  3. Thank you Becky for telling your story and all the hard work that goes into it. Sharing your story has helped inspired my family in our homesteading. I enjoy having a friend in all this stuff.
